Sneekers - President, Nam Knights MC Westside Chapter

"Sneekers"

President, NKMC Westside Chapter

My name is Sneekers and I have the distinct pleasure to be the President of the Nam Knights Motorcycle Club Westside Chapter in Valrico, Florida. Thank you for visiting our website.

The Westside Chapter takes great pride in putting a lot of our energy towards supporting the Haley House. The Haley House Fund is in place today and provides rooms at a local, nationally known and respected motel chain at reduced rates. This support is available to those that cannot afford to pay for lodging and other costs themselves. The Haley House Fund provides living arrangements for families to spend needed time with the recovering current duty injured and veterans.

Again, I would like to thank you for your interest in our organization. If you have any questions about the Nam Knights, our missions, or would like to connect with us, please visit our contact page or reach out on social media. If you are a Veteran of any conflict, or an active or retired police officer, we'd love to hear from you.

Love, Respect, & Brotherhood

Our Roots

National History

The Nam Knights of America Motorcycle Club was founded in 1989 by Jack Quigley and fellow Vietnam combat veterans who were also law enforcement officers. From this original group, the Nam Knights Motorcycle Club has grown into an organization that spans the east coast from New Hampshire to Florida and chapters in Canada. We are all driven by the same ideals that started it all: Brotherhood and service to our communities.

Membership Composition

Membership is made up of 50% police officers (active and retired) and also 50% Vietnam, other military era veterans, active duty Service Members, plus a few "Patriots". The Patriot members who are non-police/non-veterans enjoy all the benefits of any member, although they cannot hold executive positions from 1st Sergeant At Arms up through the position of President. All members ride Harley-Davidson Motor Company or custom-built motorcycles with the appearance and construction of which is identical to a Harley-Davidson, and which engine parts are interchangeable with a Harley-Davidson with an engine displacement of 750cc or above.

Organization Interests

The organization's main interests are to stress the importance of helping our fellow police officers and family members that may be in need of assistance. We also place a great deal of importance in the well-being of our veterans and to bringing out the message to the general public about our prisoners of war and those that are missing in action. We support legislation for the benefit of veterans and veteran's facilities, the advancement of studies and treatment of Agent Orange, Post Traumatic Stress and Hepatitis C. Many of our projects are to benefit the Paramus Veterans Home, police personnel and the betterment and enjoyment of motorcycle safety.
